Terrible customer service even over the phone. I think I dodged a bullet not taking my car here. I know the reviews here say this business is "great with communication" so maybe I caught him on a bad day.

Absolutely one of the best shops around - patient, fair, honest and love to talk cars. Cannot speak highly enough about how tough it can be to find a great shop, and pit stop seems to be a needle in a haystack.
