Don’t recommend for screen. But for other repair its k. Poor customer service. Touch screen, lighting would dim or not show text until you reset and all he told me was “ you get what you paid for” after asking how much I paid ($170) then proceeded to ask me if I know how much Apple charged 🤣 he’s right. I’m an idiot thinking I was paying for a fully functional screen.
Update, they did call yo have me come back in. Orginally it was thought the mic was fixed, but the microphone when i speak still sounds muffled. I cant use voice to text, or my speaker phone with people hearing me right. I cant send voice messages. He did call me back anf i will go back one night after work to see if we can get it resolved. Good customer service trying to help my figure this out. Will update later this week. So far i appreciate all their help. Not happy. Went in for a screen repair.
