Josh and staff provided great customer service from the moment I walked in. When I was quoted the price to change my brake pads out, I thought I misheard because I was bracing myself to hear at least double the amount (thankfully my rotors weren't as bad as they could have been). Great great fair price and they were able to get me taken care of the same day within a reasonable amount of time!!
RUN. Seriously, just run and don’t even think about looking back!! They misdiagnosed my vehicle, charged me for labor and parts it didn’t even need, and then had the nerve to tell me they couldn’t fix it and that I needed to take it to another shop. So I paid them money just to end up right back where I started. And on top of that, the office smelled like dog urine. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Went to them because they were willing to put a muffler on my 24 ft C-Class RV. Unfortunately they didn't know what they were doing so it took 7 hours of me and my son sitting there waiting for them to finish it. They finally got it on and I brought it home. Then a friend of mine inspected it and realized that it was not welded down like it should be the whole thing was just flopping around under there and there is a giant hole in my tailpipe that they failed to even mention to me.
