I had an amazing experience at Pit Stop Auto in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. Carlos is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s honest, doesn’t try to scam you, and genuinely cares about his customers. As a woman I’m always afraid of being scammed, or being taken advantage of. I am quite certain based on the reviews here that these guys do a great job. My experience however was not. My car was backed into in Boston in the early morning of March 14, 2026. Upon arriving back home, I just swung by the shop. I went in and chatted with whoever was working in the garage. He came out and took a look at my car and mentioned that his partner who does the estimates was out until Monday and told me he'd get me an estimate on Monday. Pit Stop Auto Solutions did an amazing job with repairing my truck after an accident. From coordinating pickup of the vehicle for towing, Autobody repair, finished painting, my truck returned looking like it was never in an accident. Th staff were amazing to deal with the entire time. I would definitely go back here for any auto/body work for any of my vehicles.
Jonathan and the entire team were great! My 2015 Corolla looks brand new. Jonathan kept me updated during the entire process and even gave me his personal cellphone if I had any questions. They even picked up and delivered the car to me. Excellent workmanship and customer service! I highly recommend them.
