I took my truck in for a front end alignment and warned the technician that the alignment was way out. I called and found out that the truck was ready. When I arrived at the shop, the truck was not ready and found out that they did not know how to fix it. I was told that the 4WD may be stuck on and I spent considerable time trying to figure out why it was stuck on.
