I'd give zero stars if I could! They've had my van almost 2 months, no updates unless we call or stop by. Tired of the run around. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! And no I refuse to remove this until I have my fully running vehicle back! Not even sure to start. Have a 23 Mini Cooper Convertible. Last Spring, I hit a pothole which did some damage to my vehicle. Progressive Insurance recommended Pit Stop. Took my car there and it took all of month to get it back just to be told the car was still wobbling and the best bet was to take it to Mini. ***My 10 year old car now looks better than when I bought it!*** In Clarksville, you're going to need a body shop eventually. Now, I'll never recommend anyone but these guys. Turns out my battery was almost shot and my terminal had been broken for a while. They replaced both those things when they didn't have to. The inside is immaculate, I mean they got the stains out of my seats too! There are plenty of of big name body shops around, but I can tell you first hand that the level of care at Pit Stop is unmatched.
Herman and I used Pit Stop for body work on our chevy truck pit stop did an excellent job we highly recommend them if could give 10 stars we would. Thank you Josh.
