I don't even know where to begin. I trusted Pit Stop Auto Service with my vehicle and what followed was one of the most frustrating and frightening experiences of my life. After picking up my car, it stalled twice within 10 hours. The first time was getting off Highway 101 at the Octavia exit. The second time was at Arguello and California Street, where there were pedestrians crossing and I had absolutely no control of my car. My life and the lives of others were put at risk.
