I specifically requested 215/60R16 tires for my Honda CR-V during the appointment. Not only did they install the WRONG SIZE (205/65R16), but the staff tried to gaslight me by claiming "the numbers don't matter that much." Are you kidding me? This is basic automotive safety 101! The mismatched tires caused noticeable handling issues and a shaky steering wheel at highway speeds. Terrible experience. The owner cussed me out and was aggressively escorting me out while yelling at me. I was just trying to do my job and they extremely rude and aggressive. I can only assume they are just as disgusting to their customers, especially if there's a complaint.
WARNING. Absolutely DO NOT do business with these shady business people. I bought a used car from them and the frame is completely rusted through. They have no moral standing on business or safety for you and your family. WARNING.
i have been going here now for 6 + yrs and they are great. Fair prices and very nice people to work with. i have recommended PITT STOP on a few occasions and they all came back and thanked me - now that is GREAT SERVICE.
