I took my car to this car wash and left absolutely furious. Not only did Tony do a sloppy job cleaning, but he actually damaged my vehicle. He ripped up the driver’s side Range Rover floor mat, exposing the nameplate and leaving it sticking up like a jagged piece of metal — an obvious safety hazard. Just a great experience with this organization. Very responsive to our requests, organization of communication and service expectations, as well as a fantastic young man who did an outstanding job on both our cars in 110 degree heat. Will be using this firm often for more advanced services.
Tony, Vicky, and the entire team at Pit Stop are amazing! They are professional, timely, and provide absolutely the best car wash in the Valley. I’ve been going to their Scottadale location for the past year and half and will use no one else. Update 8/2024: I have now been going to Pit Stop for the past 3 years. Not only have they continued to provide me with the best hand car washes around, I’ve had them install PPF and ceramic coating on one car and they just installed ceramic coating on my new vehicle today.
