Good and excellent services.
After over 10 years, it’s time to write a review. I have at least three very specific times where Pit Stop could’ve gotten any kind of money they wanted from me. Instead, I got instructions. Things to do instead of… Things that actually worked. My last instance, I would’ve gladly paid them for a new engine. However, their experience told them that this was something different and advised me to go to the dealer. Guess who replaced the motor? The dealer!I. Trust. Pit Stop!
I had brakes changed on my 4 Runner, had to take it back because the squeaking was horrible. I was told it was normal for Toyotas to do that. They then said I needed new rotors but brakes are still squeaking. Customer service is not good.
I’ve been taking my cars trucks here forever and never disappoint me, excellent customer service great in feedback give their honest opinions about my vehicle’s and help me from time to time when I didn’t have the money on the spot, definitely recommend these guys.
