After over 10 years, it’s time to write a review. I have at least three very specific times where Pit Stop could’ve gotten any kind of money they wanted from me. Instead, I got instructions. Things to do instead of… Things that actually worked. My last instance, I would’ve gladly paid them for a new engine. However, their experience told them that this was something different and advised me to go to the dealer. Guess who replaced the motor? The dealer!I. Trust. Pit Stop!
I had brakes changed on my 4 Runner, had to take it back because the squeaking was horrible. I was told it was normal for Toyotas to do that. They then said I needed new rotors but brakes are still squeaking. Customer service is not good.
