Such a nice little getaway spot. The yurts were cozy and made the whole experience feel really unique. It’s quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect if you just want to unwind for a bit. It was a really peaceful and enjoyable stay I’ll definitely be coming back!
Loved the yurt! What a great snowmobile getaway, the Kearney area has some fantastic trails and nice trailside restaurants to stop in for lunch. We were able to drive right up to the yurt which was warm, cozy and had all the comforts needed for a great couple days. The owners are awesome and we will definitely return. Loved it!
A 3 day stay at PitStop 518 was incredible. Our yurt was perfect! Wood stove for heating; power pak for boiling our kettle; and the king bed. Our hosts Jake and Jo could not have been more accommodating! We are already thinking about when we can return.
Spent a winter long weekend (3 nights) and immensely enjoyed ourselves. The ‘Hansen House’ yurt is beautifully kept, low tech with a few very key amenities like a propane minifridge and small power supply for electric kettle/charging phones. Hosts were very generous with helping us get settled in and answering questions.
