The only positive aspect of this DIY dog wash is its location and the fact that it features a large gate to keep the dogs secure. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The soapy wash function doesn’t dispense any soap, the anti-flea option is also just plain water, and the water pressure is so low that it barely cleans. To make matters worse, the blow-dry function is very weak and completely underwhelming. Overall, below par; you pay for features that don’t work as expected. Find an alternate.

The last wash bay on the left is out of order with no signage. So is the last vacuum.. but I didn’t realise until I had put all of my coins in 🫣 oops. The entire facility was quite dirty and did not look maintained. I will say though, the wax in the wash bay I did use was working, despite other reviews.

Business doesn’t respond to messages so I can schedule a valet wash. They don’t seem interested in their business.

The tri colour wax does not work, holes in the hose. No pressure or wax coming out, just a milky water mix. When the attendant tried to tell me it's the same as what is in the foam brush , he realised it wasn't and stopped that sentence. He moved me to another stall, this wax foamed a little, this hose was all so full of holes. The tri conditioner had no colour or smell like other car wash tri conditioner have. The machines need maintenance. Go to another car wash.
