told wait time would be 1.5 hours. claimed staff were being pulled to do deliveries. waited in line for 20 minutes before being told. don’t be fooled only one bay for oil changes. additional bay has been turned into curb side pickup.
I received such great service from Anna. She communicated in language that I understood and did not try to upsell.She was able to make reasonable recommendations that proved to be helpful. I drive a 15 year old vehicle and arrived in a sweat expecting to hear the worst. Instead she said that the car was in good shape. Please hire more Anna’s.
Their operating hours are just suggestions. Don't go within an hour of closing time or you are likely to be disappointed.
