Having taken a number of cars to Pit Stop over the years the service has really deteriorated and become unreliable. A friend of mine advised me a number of times not to go there as he too had similar issues. I should have listened. Yes, they are cheap, but obviously you get what you pay for. For example, when I expressed my concerns one of their mechanics rudely hung up.
