On May 31st, 2012, the Pit Stop car wash ripped my side view mirror off of my car. I have a small Honda Civic, definitely not a huge car. I have been taking my car here to get it cleaned since I was 16 years old (over 10 years), and I am very aware on how to use the car wash.The attendants at the front desk stated that they had no clue why it was open, because they have been having problems with the configurations for the past few weeks.
