Do not use this shop or purchase the Groupon. I purchased two Groupons for front and rear brake pad replacement and spent $300. Three days before my visit, I called to schedule an appointment and was told they don’t do them and it was walk-in only. When I arrived on Saturday, I was told I needed to call for an appointment, despite the shop being empty w no customers…. lol After that, I was told I would need to pay an additional $250 because I drive a Volkswagen and I also need to go purchase the parts….? I have been going here for years and have referred so many people to this place as the price is usually one of the best via Groupon. I pulled up today and a man with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth pointed to the right bay so I went to pull in and he starts screaming at me that I am stupid and my car almost fell into the hole in the ground.
