The grumpy guy with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth berated me while pulling my car in over the bay because apparently I was literally an inch too far for his liking. He then walked up beside my car while on the phone and screaming obscenities at the person on the other end of the phone. I said no thanks and pulled away. Never go here. There are plenty of fast & friendly oil change places on 60.
These guys are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Do not use this shop or purchase the Groupon. I purchased two Groupons for front and rear brake pad replacement and spent $300. Three days before my visit, I called to schedule an appointment and was told they don’t do them and it was walk-in only. When I arrived on Saturday, I was told I needed to call for an appointment, despite the shop being empty w no customers…. lol After that, I was told I would need to pay an additional $250 because I drive a Volkswagen and I also need to go purchase the parts….?
