Love this place, the staff are very friendly and informative without being pushy or trying to upsell everything. Their prices are very reasonable as well.
Went to pitstop brandon today April 19th. I do all three cars the same day. Was doung my sons but he takes it himself now. Have always had good service except today. I have dash cam if ownership would like to review. I was following Chip guiding me into bay. He then freaks out throws the content of his open bottle of water towards the car and then starts yelling that he got hit by someone else in that bay at a prior time. Came for an oil change and car wash at this location and was in and out quickly and they were so friendly ! They answered all my questions and really took care of my car ! Very thorough and patient! Chip was amazing !!!!! We loved him !!!
Worst experience ever. A young man did my oil change one he was finished as I’m paying he says to me you will need to come back in a week or so to top it off. Why would I need to top my oil off I never heard that a day in my life. He told me he put five quarts of oil but when I looked at my receipt that is not what it said. 2 week later leaving work my car started to shake and make some noises then my engine light came on.
