We Pcs and just moved here from Virginia and our car was towed from Indiana to Grayslake. I we are so happy and glad that we end up to this place to fix our old car. Professional and fast. The estimating department is very good. Pricing was on the money. Work performed was done very well. I had an oil leak in addition to my annual maintenance and they had great technology to find it. The leak was in a challenging location but they repaired it. I have a Jaguar V8 so I was hopeful they had staff familiar with the vehicle. They also followed up after the repair. Great service, great personalities.
I had my first time experience with Pit Shop Repair center, and it was a great treat for me, and I truly look forward in the future for my auto repairs.
Very knowledgeable team. They kept me updated along the way, and they honestly told me what needed to be done to my vehicle, and what can wait.
