Pit Row is the best! They went the extra mile for us when we were in the area for a funeral. Needed a new tire which had to be ordered, and they came through for us and helped us make the funeral in time. Friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. Thank you!
Great service
I towed my truck 120 miles to this shop because we had done a small job with them before and expected professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. They repaired the water pump, but then charged me for tightening the differentials, which was unnecessary. They also charged $100 just to bring the parts, $500 for parts, and $930 labeled as “business” charges, with no clear explanation. On top of that, they charged $200 just to tighten a single hose.
