Product is fine, but hopefully you get all the parts with your order. I know was missing some assemble hardware which isn't the end of the world. But was pisses me off is the complete inability to contact anyone at Pit Products or their associated companies Garage Teams and Technique....... It's absolutely unacceptable, don't bother calling, they don't answer
