In true customer service fashion, Tyler and his team researched the best tire for mine and my family's needs, provided options, and helped me make the best decision. This place is absolutely amazing. They offer a variety of services for your vehicle. You never have to get out of the car. The customer service rep that helped me. Today was Reggie. All staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and definitely know what they're doing. I've been here twice in the span of 3 years for tire replacements & haven't spent more than 20 or 25 minutes there. Discount Tire must be very picky about who works for them apparently. It's like going to a Chic-Fil-A for tires I'd say!
