My tire was ripped while checking for a slow leak. New tire was ordered and paid for by Discount Tires. All service workers were professional, with the exception of the original person that checked me in (Richard). I will not work with him moving forward. Update to review: After leaving this review the Store Manager called immediately to see how he could assist and better my experience. Great store, management and location. Hit a pothole and cut the sidewall of my tire. Ordered a replacement last night at 8:00 PM, tire was shipped to store overnight. Arrived at 8:05 for my 8:15 appointment, was greeted by manager/confirmed my appointment. You get to stay in your vehicle during the service or if you choose, go to waiting area. Tire was replaced and I was out the door in 10 minutes. All the techs were friendly, asked if I had any questions and even touched up the wheel paint that had a scuff from the pothole.... read more
