I’d been recommended Pit Crew by several friends and I have to say they did not disappoint. The wheel weights fell off one side of my rear tire and I received conflicting information about how important they were from other shops and friends who’ve serviced bikes. Pit Crew was close enough that I felt comfortable riding the bike to them to have them help me out. I went there thinking I’d need to rebalance the wheel, but left with simply some new wheel weights. I get my Polaris 4-wheelers serviced here. The guys are great.
I brought my bike here because I thought the rear bearing was going bad. They dig into the bike and found that a little more was wrong - the rear wheel was starting to fail entirely. So, I had them replace the part and do whatever they could to get the bike running at peak performance again. When I came back to pick up the bike, they physically showed me the problems and exactly what was replaced and why. IMO, they went above and beyond.
