I was looking to service some units. I called a few months prior and I did not drop off at that time. A few months went by and I attempted to drop off without an appointment. It was like I pushed the fire alarm. We unloaded and then was told to take them away by the girl onsite (she was very nice and could handle these units like a pro). I asked to speak with a MGR. I was looking to service some units a few months prior and I did not drop off at them at the correct time. I attempted to drop off without an appointment and it was like I pushed the fire alarm. We unloaded and then was told to take them away. I offered to pay a $500 inconvenience fee and still turned away by Tia (not too friendly). I talked to Allan, he was nice but this is service industry. When the client comes at any time, you just talk with them and not like how Tia spoke with me.
