Bought a 60cc bike from the Coopers Plains partner store. Within the first month we had issues, followed by multiple problems over the next few months. The starter motor failed on a 3-month-old bike and was meant to be repaired under warranty, with approval required before any work. Despite clearly instructing PBSR multiple times, they went ahead without approval, didn’t communicate properly, and never contacted Stonegate. My Son phoned in and got a quote for his bike, took the bike in and a couple of days later, bike is all better, was only charged what he was quoted, plus PBSR checked over a few things on my behalf, so a few added extras for the same quoted price. A great business to deal with for Pitbikes and gear.
I would rate them 6 stars if I could. absolutely phenomenal help, range and prices! All of the employees treat you as a friend rather than a paycheque which really helps on finding the correct bike, parts and tools to suit your needs. The prices and quality of parts are unmatched and incredible! I bought my pitter from these boys not expecting much, considering the price I paid. I have recently purchased a s70 buggy, 140cc Kayo Evo and a 300cc T4 Kayo. I honestly could not rate any higher both Jayden and his brother are awesome to deal with, They went above and beyond for my satisfaction I am so over the moon with my new purchases. The boys were very respectful and made sure 100% the new bikes were tip top and performing well.
