The worst level of care that I experienced on an emergency call. Staff that was at the scene was rude, loud and DID not follow proper protocall to properly respond the situation. Pistoresi Ambulance service carries the most precious cargo, human lives and I am very disapointed in the lack of professionalism that was demonstrated during an emergency call. There is one star posted but it should actually be zero stars.
