I joined four months ago, and my only regret is that I didn't join sooner! Before starting, I had never lifted weights, but the coaches made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Coaches Sam, Bella, and Aileen are all amazing! They genuinely care about your progress and want you to succeed. I'm so grateful to be part of this community. Joining Pistokache Gym - Babe’s & Barbells was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!! They have helped me get back on track with my workouts and have helped me in so many other ways!! The workout is the last thing you'll want to come in for. The Pistokache family has built such a beautiful community that you'll never want to leave. All the ladies that show up for themselves, also show up for you in and outside of class. You feel welcomed before even setting foot inside. The coaches lead by example and always remind us of how strong we truly are. Dont be intimidated. ALL ages, ALL sizes, and ALL fiteness levels feel included. Join the tribe, you won't regret it.
I've been training here since 2024, and I can't believe it's almost been two years! This gym has helped me build confidence and shown me that I'm capable of achieving so much more than I imagined. The Pistokache family is so welcoming, and the coaches genuinely care about your progress. Highly recommend!
