Great service and good reliable autos. Pistners is the best!
This place is an absolute joke. They have no idea what they are doing at all when it comes to the ignition interlock system. First and foremost they treated me like I was an idiot, extremely rude, and caused me more stress and aggravation, and time and money, that was completely unnecessary. Second their service fee has to be cash which they just put in their pockets. And that fee changed 3 different times. First it was 25 then it was 50. Just went to have my car serviced and now it's back down to 25. They don't follow there... read more
Do not....I REPEAT DO NOT go to this shop for your safe start interlock system. They act as though you are the biggest bother to them. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional and unhelpful. There is a very nice shop in Penfield and they are amazing! These individuals need an attitude adjustment. WORST GARAGE EVER!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
