Do not move here Horrible. Management doesn't care about its residents, they can't wait to sell your home out from under you. Nothing is maintained, there is no patrol and it is not safe for my kids. If you do not pay your rent by the 14th they file eviction papers on you which they do not disclose when you buy a home.

Great Place to Live! Recently a friend of mine moved into Highland Greens Estates. I went with her to look at a few places but we both loved it there. The staff was so nice and Jessica went out of her way to show several homes. The grounds were nice and clean and you could see everyone there took care of their houses. Since she has moved in we have been over several times and every time she keeps trying to get us to move there....Can't wait until Summer so we can all enjoy the pool!

kb I lived here for almost 10 years and every year the lot rent went up 15 to 20 dollars! The manager at that time was Lee and at first she was really good and kept everything in line and then she got sick and was never around and when she finally came back she was not good at her job. I had a noisy, disrespectful neighbor who I complained about on a daily basis. I was told that this wasn't the parks problem it was mine!! Beautiful park! Waverly Shores is a beautiful mobile home park. The common area is immaculate, the pool is always sparkling clean. The manager, Scott, does a great job keeping the park looking its best as well as making sure the residents keep their yards looking their best. They even have social events for the residents a couple times during the year! The lot rent is reasonable, would highly recommend this park!
Highland Greens Estate is NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE! I currently live there and there are some nice homes but for the most part it's a dive. Most of the homes aren't kept up, the management is out in left field somewhere, there is no management as far as i'm concerned, the people who are quiet and work full time are the ones who's picked on, I live on a street where there are atleast 4 drug homes.
