Unfortunately this medical practice administered my daughter an unscheduled vaccine at her 4 month appointment. They did call me afterwards to notify me of their mistake but they made it nearly impossible to retrieve my daughter’s medical & vaccine record. It was incredibly traumatizing for me and no one in their office seemed to know what they were doing. I’ve hesitated for a year on whether or not I should post this but I’ve decided the general public deserves to know the truth about this office.
Dr. Tam is wonderful, down to earth and knowledgeable. The staff and nurses are very friendly and accommodating. Health issues are handled with care and without judgement or pressure. They, like all central coast practices, are impacted so appointments book up quickly but I haven’t experienced very long wait times at the actual appointments. We feel lucky to have a space at Pismo Pediatrics!
