We didn't receive a SD card for our Raspberry Pi kit and PiShop responded immediately and sent us a replacement even though our purchase was 6 months ago. Incredible service!
Excellent service! Made an order on Saturday, wanted to add to it after the original order. Sent email asking how to do that and they responded during the weekend!
Is there a ZERO star option? Bought a defective touchscreen and they want ME to get in contact with the manufacturer, BEFORE they exchange or return the product?! What a joke, typical corporate America... Thanks for nothing PiShop! Inspection stamp is for what exactly?! Edit (same day) many emails later and PiShop is sending a replacement; an odd and frustrating process, but I'm satisfied with the outcome. Thanks
