Ordered 2 things from here over a month ago and all it says is preparing shipment. Now half to contact head quarters to try to get my money back.. Very poor
I had to connect a 5V power adapter with a MicroUSB connector to a microcontroller that had a USB-C input power connector so I checked to see if there was some sort of adapter I could use. A quick search found exactly what I needed at PiShop and at a ridiculously low price. Ordered them on a Saturday afternoon and had them the following Friday. Exactly what I needed and they're working perfectly.
incredible. Item initially arrived with a couple broken keycaps (Raspberry Pi 400), reached out to customer service and they sent exact replacements ASAP for the keycaps and bumpers. What's even more amazing is that there are no official replacements, so they must have dismantled another device in order to send me the parts. 10/10!
We didn't receive a SD card for our Raspberry Pi kit and PiShop responded immediately and sent us a replacement even though our purchase was 6 months ago. Incredible service!
