As the plumber's assistant who recently serviced the water heater and whole house filtration system I can attest that the property is well maintained. It has beautiful views, well equipped game room, nicely furnished rooms and kitchen. 10/10 for a convenient location to much of what Western NC has to offer as far as hiking trails and waterfalls. Its right between Dupont state forest and Pisgah National forest.
Magical place! We had a great week. The house is beautiful, spacious, well maintained and equipped! All the best hikes are within 25-45min. Less than an hour to Asheville. We took a scenic drive through the Pisgah Forest and Blue Ridge Highway to Asheville one day and the vistas were amazing!
