This was a super fun activity my grown daughter and I did together. The large buckets of "sand" were loaded full of very pretty rocks/minerals of all types. You don't have to buy the biggest bucket here to get a lot of very beautiful keepsakes! I even found a Ruby and a fossilized clam! We had a great time doing this activity. Staff was very nice and popped in often to see what we'd unearthed and help identify our treasures. This would be a great family activity. The kids will LOVE it!
Went with our family while in Hendersonville for the day. Such a fun experience! The super had huge crystals, shark teeth, arrowheads, geodes, and tons of small stones! Well worth the money! And Karis and Aurora were so friendly and helpful! Karis helped us identify mall of them and answered all our questions!
We had a great time! Karis and Aurora were very sweet and helpful and my son appreciated the minecraft reference! We will be back.
Went in with my boyfriend and we ended up getting a bucket and all which was fun but the best part was the boy at the front (Alex) who really made the experience. He helped us identify our stones and even helped me find the one I wanted. He was incredibly polite and added a really fun energy, we will definitely return.
We had a Groupon and went in. The woman there was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our time there. You are standing while doing the sifting so if you have a problem standing for awhile it may be hard on you. We did get bigger gems at other mines, but this was nice as well.
