Easily the worst experience with a retailer I have ever had. Read all the 1 star reviews. They are all accurate. They extort money. Create new “ invoices “. They told me they had to “dig more because my land is on a slope” , but yet they only quoted after they came by and saw the sloped land ? A real joke. But that was just the beginning. They try to change location of the pool and put it under a powerline. I had to point out to them that that was not up to code. Je suis tellement satisfaite!! Non seulement ils sont extrêmement gentil, ils sont professionnels et efficace! Ils ont trouvé la fuite de ma piscine en moins de 30 minutes et réparer celle ci en moins de 15 minutes. C est certain que maintenant pour moi ,c est piscine Val Morin et personne d autre!! Un grand merci à Steve ,Alexy et au 3ieme😊
Voici de quoi à l’air la réparation d’un des jets de ma piscine en béton par Piscine Val-Morin environ 3-4 ans plus tard. Tout s’effrite et c’est à refaire.
