⭐ 1/5 — I would give zero stars if that were possible. Extremely disappointing experience with Aquapool. We hired them to open our pool, but the job was not completed and the pool was left unusable. The technician stayed for less than 15 minutes and told us that the pump had failed because it was approximately 10 years old. However, the previous homeowner confirmed that Aquapool itself had replaced that same pump in 2024—only the previous year. WOW! What an easy process and a stress free experience. The team at the store were great to deal with and answered all our questions and helped us decide which pool was best for us. The install team was fantastic. i got to hang out and have some good laughs. They went above and beyond and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Very disappointing experience We hired this company to open our pool. The pool was not opened. When they arrived, the electrician initially told us that the problem was electrical. After about 15 minutes, he changed his assessment and said the issue was the pool pump. We were then told that the pump was approximately 10 years old, and we were charged $195 for the visit.
