Jacques est venu fermer notre piscine et nous avons beaucoup apprécié son travail; il était sympathique, professionnel et efficace. Nous sommes très satisfait et nous recommandons cette entreprise!

Shut down our spa last fall, and when we filled it up with water a few weeks ago, there was a leak. They refused to come back to tighten up the connections, unless we pay another $200.00. Be aware, you may have to pay twice for one job. Maybe they did not do it right in order to make more money. If you would have done your job correctly when closing it down, I would not have had to call you to fix the pipes not closed properly. It is not free when you do not do your job properly and then charge extra to fix your mistake.

C'est quand tout va mal (et ca arrive parfois ... ) qu'on peut vraiment savoir si on peut compter sur quelqu'un.
