I’m only giving 5 stars because I cannot give 10 stars! Once again, the Banville team proved today why they are not only professionals but also incredibly honest. Had an issue with my pump and could not find the solution to the problem online. I called them, said I likely needed a new pump… they said “before we send out a team, please try this”. I tried it and was able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Professional, courteous, keep their word AND honest… a very hard combination to find nowadays!!
This is the 4th company I had come to identify the cause of my pump not pulling in water- they fixed it in a few hours and I can finally use the pool after 3 months of failed attempts by other companies. It was a blocked line which I had suggested to the other companies but they ignored. They are extremely organized and actually confirm and respect their appointment times (unlike every other company that made me wait at home for several hours before showing up), the technicians were friendly & professional and worked quickly... read more
