i love this pool!! such a fantastic community. the employees are super kind and helpful, and are very good at explaining the rules, which are applied at every pool in the west island. I cannot recommend this place enough, we love it here 🤗

La piscine est peut-être belle, mais l’expérience a été tout simplement catastrophique. Nous avons appelé avant de nous déplacer pour nous renseigner et on nous a clairement dit que l’accès était libre. Pourtant, une fois arrivés sur place, on découvre une liste interminable de conditions et de restrictions qui n’avaient jamais été mentionnées au téléphone. On nous a finalement autorisés à nous baigner uniquement dans une zone d’environ 1 mètre de profondeur, simplement parce qu’il n’y avait apparemment pas assez de personne... read more

Terrible customer service. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. We were treated with disrespect, and no effort was made to resolve the situation. I would not return and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were not welcoming and did not treat us respectfully. Customer service was poor, and we felt ignored throughout our visit. We expected much better professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how we were treated.
