A pawn shop, can't remember which, told me they use them for all their repairs. Took a necklace in the middle of the day, they were open. If I could rate Pirtle jewelry a zero I would. If you have jewelry that you need repaired DO NOT go to Pirtle! He took a month in a half to repair my chain on my little diamond necklace, not only did he not call us when it was supposably ready he did not fix my necklace and took the length adjustable chain with the accent heart charm off my necklace and kept it!
