RecommendedThis makes the 2nd time that I've had Pirtek (West End) in Richmond come out and fix my truck with a blown Hydraulic line. This time Tony was getting frustrated and was struggling to make the repair which he was not 100% familiar with, yet did not give up and kept working on it until he found a solution. Truck is up and going, working just as it should. The fact that he did not give up and got the job done speaks volumes about his dedication.
