Jordan and the team at Pirtek offer an amazing service, no job to big or small, my manufacturing machine broke down and i was in a world of pain, in my wisdom i removed the hoses and drove to there showroom only to be greeted with a smile and a helping hand, the boys dropped everything went out the back and made me up some new hoses and i walked out 20 mins later very happy, returned back to my factory, fitted the new hoses and was back up and running within 2 hours. Have helped me on many occasions with pressure washer hoses and air hose fittings. They give great advice and always do a good job.
Spoke to Blake (Ops Manager I assume) & he was very helpful indeed. Sorted me out within a few minutes & had a serviceman Matt on site in no time. Matt was really informative & gave me options along the way, as well as being professional & courteous. I will definitely be using their services again.
