I recently visited the store and had the pleasure of speaking to Dianna. I had the some questions about the services & products Pirtek provides as I needed some quotes for various jobs. She was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be doing business with them going forward.

Great service to adapt a 3/8QCC to a 1/2QCC. I needed a 100ft high pressure hose to fit my pressure washer. No problem with the right guys.
Jaxson Cress out of the Plano South store deserves a lot of credit. I blew a hydraulic line on my equipment trailer and was going to call Pirtek, but Jaxson just happened to stop by at that moment to check and see if we needed any hoses made. He was quick to trace the line, removed it, and made a new one in a matter of minutes. He was polite, professional, and very quick. I hope to have the opportunity to do business with this technician again.
