Wow, terribly over priced and unknowledegable staff. I went in and asked for 2 of 1P3704 CAT "D rings", the guy comes back with O rings and D rings and says there are 2 different types!?!?! And then proceeds to charge me $34 for 2 D rings that retail for $7 each from WesTrac..Absolute thieves. The average person can't afford this ridiculous mark up, we are not mining companies. I'll never go back.
I would like to thank Paul Benkovic for all of his help late on Friday afternoon everything he suggested and supplied worked.
Good parking at rear or in front of shop. Staff are friendly and have gone to a lot of trouble to make correct repairs to my hoses . Really happy with the work that they carried out .
