I can’t tell you how AWESOME these guys are! From getting a personal call from Rob on a Saturday night to Greg going above and beyond to make the exact hose I needed in less time than he anticipated. Am DEFINITELY glad I contacted them!
As a first time customer (and one who knows the service industry well) being referred to PIRTEK, all I can say is this place exceeded my expectations on every level. We called in for Emergency Service post a major snowstorm for one of our old CAT front end loaders and had Dan (PIRTEK TECH) on site well within the hour of calling. He was extremely knowledgeable, went above and beyond to explain aspects of the hoses, flanges and anchors for the old CAT machines.
