Beware of surprise fees - charged us toll fees and gas miles when their office is only 4 miles away. Also double charge - by charging service fee and labor fee, while expecting my staff to assist with the diagnosis. Turns into a $350 minimum fee. Only call if you know you have a broken hose. Anything else they can't fix.
