Staff not helpful at all
My 3 minute repair to my Aldi water blaster hose cost $77! When I asked why, was told "its the minimum charge'". I felt robbed. I was robbed. Stay away.
0 stars 0 customer care. Changed the fitting completely on my brake line i just wanted extened to fittings that changed the whole dynamics of the hose. Then when called out on there mistake acted like clowns. Would not refund instead just bent the fitting. Owner is a rude little man. Will not be using the overpriced lines and will go to a shop that knows how hoses work. Would never return or trust these people. Every other pirtek i have used has been awesome.
