Arrived 12.01pm- they normally close 12- because of that 1 minute he charged an extra $180- he knew my husband was desperate for the part so he thought what a great opportunity to rip him off! You and your business are a disgrace!
**Update 01/01/2026** I still have not received a full refund. Over 1 year since my original request for a full refund. How he continues to operate in this manner is madness. **Update 15-04/2025** Carl is still dodging issuing the full refund for the parts. Zero accountability or intention to make good on a simple refund request from 5th December. Unfortunately the VCAT waiting queues mean further waiting until a government body can force the issue.
