After being dismissed at multiple other outlets, this experience was a welcome change. I recently had my pressure washer hose repaired at Pirtek, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The team diagnosed the issue quickly, explained exactly what needed to be done, and had the hose repaired good as new in no time.
Surely the guy who runs the front desk Here, is the owner, because there’s no way anyone would give a job to that guy. Exceptional level of rudeness, for such exceedingly overpriced gear.
