I'm a home handy man with a small air compressor, I had a problem with a joiner on the end of the hose. Most helpful, friendly service. Jason fixed the problem while we waited. Thank you Jason and thank you Pirtek.
Took in two high pressure water hoses to be repaired. One blew out instantly after reconnecting. Took it back and was told that no warranty is given on repairs to these types of hoses (first I heard), then was told they could 'help me out' by only charging me again for the joiner and not the labour. Gee thanks... shmuch. Paid to have it repaired again and three months later it still holds, tells me that you just didn't do your job properly the first time and blamed your dodgey work on the type of hose.
