The team at pirtek Hedland are amazing. I have been in quite a few times to get bits and pieces for my off-road buggy and they really make an effort to help the local people not just big mining companies. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for other hydraulic companies in town.
I have used Pirtek several times for work requirements however today I needed their assistance with a personal emergency. What started off to be a very stressful & overwhelming morning with my fuel inline hose splitting and repco or the local mechanics not being able to help ended with big smiles and relief after the lads at Pirtek really pulled me out of it. The customer service was phenomenal; having the materials and also providing me with the tools to rectify my fuel hose was life saving. I cannot thank you fellas enough... read more
