Staff was upset an being disrespectful to customers...
The older man that works there with the prescription glasses is rude and arrogant. Ask for assistance and treated me like a complete idiot. Told him what I was after but shot me down telling me that he knows what he's doing. Took his word for it. Drove the two hours back to site and it ended up being the incorrect part as I had explained to begin with. If this was my company, I wouldn't have this man dealing with the public as it has the potential to lose continuous work with the mining company I'm associated with. Sad reali... read more
