I think his name was Dan, hopeless and when it was time to pay they charged me for my fittings saying they had to put new ones on they did not put new ones on they were my fittings $184 for 30cm of hose WOW

Called up the other day outside of hours and got put through to Nem, the guy gave me a great run down of call out fees and explained the process to me. Will definitely be dealing with them and if possible requesting Nem to do the call out.
Don't know how I send this message further and clear. Pirtek's products and customer service doesn't come with any guarantee. You been given wrong/different parts and that's your problem. Staff has no interest in you what so ever. There hoses and fittings gets used for intended purposes and won't last a year. No guarantee ofcourse. Customer Service is Nil. Of course it doesn't change your position in market. At the moment.
