Very fast turn around, and able to fabricate the hydraulic hose I needed on the same day that I could only otherwise order from overseas and wait weeks for delivery... Very expensive... But in my case definitely worth it for the convenience factor.

I have nothing against the pirtek products. Highly recommend them. The bloke behind on the other hand, pretty bloody average. Before evening bothering to check to see if they had the fitting I needed for my excavator, flat out told me it has to be ordered in. I mentioned last time I came in they had some in stock. Still telling me i was wrong and I must have pre ordered it. Not until I said I never order it and already was in stock did he bother to go have a look. Make promises they could not deliver on, poor communication and yet to receive part back the was supplied as sample. Not impressed!
